Documents are the unit Lymnus bills and shows in your usage — roughly one file up to 10 pages counts as one document (longer files use one document per started 10 pages). Every extraction, report, chat message, or pipeline run draws down your document allowance.
Why "credits" or "tokens" still show up
Behind the documents number is an internal credit ledger — you may still see "credits" mentioned in Billing, and "tokens" is the underlying technical unit that credits are measured in. You never need to think in tokens day to day; Lymnus converts your plan's allowance into a document count automatically.
How many documents do I get?
Exact allowances depend on your plan and are shown live on the pricing page and in Billing — not repeated here, since they change as plans are tuned and a number written into a help article goes stale the moment that happens.
Rollover
On paid plans, any unused document allowance rolls over automatically each month, with no cap and no expiry — you already paid for it, so it's yours to use whenever you want. Free plan credits are granted free each month and don't roll over.
How to check your usage
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Billing.
You'll see your remaining documents for this billing period, plus a breakdown by feature.
