Documents are counted per page — a one-page invoice is 1 document, a 10-page contract are 10 documents.
Documents/month assumes every credit goes to extraction. The same monthly credits also power processing, reports, data generation, and AI chat — so your real document count will be lower if you use those too.

Questions
Do unused documents roll over?
On paid plans, yes — any unused documents from your monthly allowance roll over automatically, with no cap and no expiry. You already paid for them, so they're yours to use whenever you want, for as long as you want. Document packs work the same way. Free plan credits are granted free each month and don't roll over — there's nothing to carry, since they weren't paid for to begin with.
What happens when I run out of documents?
We pause processing and email you — or, if you turn on auto top-up, we add a document pack automatically. No surprise bills, ever.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime, prorated automatically.
Is my data used to train models?
No.
What file types are supported?
PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, and TIFF for document extraction. CSV, XLSX, XLS, and JSON for data processing.
