You can upgrade or downgrade your Lymnus subscription at any time from the Billing section. Changes take effect immediately.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Billing → Manage Subscription.

  2. Click Change Plan.

  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to.

  4. Review the proration amount (you are only charged the difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle).

  5. Confirm the upgrade.

Your new document allowance and feature limits apply immediately after upgrading.

Downgrading your plan

Downgrading works the same way. Select a lower plan and confirm. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you retain your current plan's features until then.

What happens to your data when you downgrade?

Your projects, reports, and agents are not deleted automatically. However, if your new plan has lower limits (e.g. fewer pipelines), you may be prompted to archive excess items before the downgrade completes.

Switching between monthly and annual billing

To switch from monthly to annual billing, go to Billing → Manage Subscription and click Switch to Annual. You will receive a prorated credit for any remaining days on your current monthly cycle. Annual billing offers a discount compared to monthly — the exact current savings are shown on the pricing page.
