If you use up your monthly document allowance before your reset date, you can buy extra credits at any time from the Billing dashboard. Purchased credits are used after your monthly allowance is depleted and do not expire.
Buying credits
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Billing.
Click "Buy more credits."
Choose a pack size, review the total, and confirm.
Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful purchase.
Auto-buy
The Billing dashboard also has a Credit Auto-Buy setting — enable it to automatically purchase more credits once your balance drops below a threshold you set, so a busy month never stalls a pipeline mid-run.
Pricing
Credit pack pricing is shown on the Billing dashboard when you open the purchase dialog — larger packs offer a lower effective rate.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits remain in your account until used — they carry over indefinitely, unlike your monthly plan allowance (which rolls over, but only for one month on paid plans).
How credits are consumed
Your monthly plan allowance is always used first. Once it's depleted, purchased credits are drawn down next. You can see your current balance and this month's usage breakdown at any time on the Billing dashboard.
